Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 slices bread use gluten free or keto
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles sliced

Instructions
 

  • Brush one side of bread with half of the butter. Place it butter-side down on a plate. Add the sliced pickles and cheese. Place the other side of bread on top, and spread the top of the bread with the remaining butter.
  • Press in a panini press for 5-10 minutes until bread is toasted golden brown, and cheese is warm and melty in the middle.  Or toast on a griddle or saute pan for 3-4 minutes on each side until bread has been toasted light brown. Slice, mangia, and enjoy!
