This honey almond milk recipe is a naturally sweet and creamy milk for cold brew, coffees, london fog lattes, or to eat with cereal.  Homemade oat milk takes just 5 minutes, has no preservatives, and costs pennies compared to store bought. Equipment

  • Blender or Nut Milk Machine
  • Nut Milk bag or fine mesh strainer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • 2 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or Nutr Nut Milk machine. Blend on low and gradually work up to high speed. Blend for 3 minutes.
  • Strain almond milk through a nut milk bag or very fine grain strainer.
  • Enjoy warmed or iced!
