This bruschetta pasta salad is a fresh and flavorful side dish for summer made with fresh tomatoes, basil, and a sweet vinaigrette. A bright and summery pasta salad loaded with veggies and sweet tomatoes in each bite.

For the Bruschetta 1/3 cup olive oil 2 cloves garlic minced 8 fresh tomatoes diced 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper 1/2 cup basil chopped For the Pasta Salad 1 16 ounce box pasta 4 cups fresh baby spinach 1 cup basil chopped

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, add all bruschetta ingredients to a bowl and toss well to combine.
To the bruschetta, add the cooked pasta, spinach, and basil. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed... Mangia!
