Creamy Sesame Tahini Ramen noodles are an easy way to jazz up your ramen! This creamy sesame ramen bowl has lime juice, chili, and spices. Adding a few simple ingredients to a packet of ramen will make this your favorte ramen noodle hack ever.
1 3-ounce packagevegan and gluten free ramen noodleskeep half of flavor packet
1.5tablespoonstahini
1teaspoonsweet chili sauce
1teaspoonlime juice
1/2teaspoonsriracha
1green onionssliced
1/4cuparugulaor other leafy greens
Sesame Seeds for garnish
Instructions
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, but only use half of the flavor packet (discard other half).
Once ramen has finished cooking, take 1/3 cup of the broth and pour it on a separate bowl. Add the tahini and stir until it has melted in the hot broth. Add the sriracha, chili sauce, and lime juice.
Remove noodles from the cooking liquid and toss them in the peanut butter sriracha mixture until well coated. Add the arugula and green onion, and top with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
