Apple Mango Overnight Oats Recipe
These vegan apple mango overnight oats are a bright and tasty breakfast! Made with dairy-free yogurt and almond milk, fresh fruit, and whole grains- easy to make ahead, meal prep, or batch cook ahead of time.

Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt dairy free
- 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
- 1 apple diced
- 1 mango diced
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon almonds chopped
- 1 tablespoon walnuts chopped
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix to combine.
- Serve and store into individual serving containers (I like mason jars, but you can use any airtight container.)
- Store overnight and eat the next morning for a quick breakfast on the go!
