1 lb bag frozen hash browns 2 cups cooked stuffing 1/2 cup sweet onion 1/2 cup celery 1/2 cup bell pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped Sea Salt and Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl add the frozen hash browns, stuffing, onion, celery, bell pepper and olive oil. Toss well to combine.
Spread hash brown mixture on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Remove pan from oven and top with fresh parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste... Mangia!
