1/2cupcucumbersliced
4slicesfresh tomatoes
1/8cupfresh baby spinach or baby kale
Italian seasoning
Oil & Vinegarto drizzle

Instructions
Slice focaccia in half, spread a tablespoon of hummus on each side.
Stack cucumbers, tomatoes, and baby spinach on the bottom half. Add a few shakes of Italian seasoning, and a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar over the top of the Sandwich before closing.
