  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup or raw honey
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cup walnuts with extra to top

Instructions

  • Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt. Mix until the fudge becomes smooth and we'll incorporated.
  • Fold the walnuts into the mix, saving some to sprinkle on the top.
  • Place the fudge in the freezer, and slice once it has hardened.

Notes

I'd recommend storing this fudge in the freezer or fridge until you are ready to eat.
