This Berry Protein Smoothie recipe is an easy, high fiber, plant based breakfast shake that will keep you full until lunch!  With strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, banana, and protein powder for a delicious and refreshing drink. This hearty berry smoothie will let you rise and shine!  This 5 minute blender breakfast recipe is a great lower calorie breakfast option, and is high in antioxidants and is anti-inflammatory.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 large orange
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder used plant-based if desired

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  • Blend on low, and increase speed until all greens/fruit/ice chunks are blended and the smoothie is a creamy consistency.
  • Pour into your favorite glass, sit back, and enjoy!
