This Cottage Cheese Smoothie recipe with fruit is a tasty high protein breakfast!  With banana, berries, and smooth creamy cottage cheese. This hearty smoothie will allow you to fully rise and shine!  This 5 minute blender breakfast recipe is a great high protein breakfast option, and makes a fantastic post-workout snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 large orange
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar or other natural sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  • Blend on low, and increase speed until all ingredients are blended and the smoothie is a creamy consistency.
  • Pour into your favorite glass, sit back, and enjoy!
