This Pineapple Cucumber Smoothie is a bright & fresh breakfast drink - dairy free & high protein! Rise & shine with a big glass of blended tropical fruits, refreshing cucumbers, and a few added ingredients to make this a filling breakfast or snack.

1 cup pineapple fresh or frozen 1 cup cucumber sliced, skins on 1 large banana 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds 1 cups orange juice 1.5 cup ice 2 cups water

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Starting on low speed and working up to high, blend for 2-3 minutes until you get a smooth consistency.
Pour into your favorite glass (I like these can-shaped glasses!) or mason jar and enjoy.
