Deviled Eggs without Mustard

These Deviled Eggs without Mustard are an easy tasty appetizer for a cookout, potluck, or holiday- a tangy take on a classic without mustard!  These deviled egg bites are a fun and simple appetizer that everyone will love. If you're looking for a fantastic appetizer for any time of the year - these deviled eggs are always a treat!  I start by making my easy peel hardboiled eggs and use the yolks to make a fantastic filling, that is tangy without using mustard!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon sweet relish plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper
  • Sprinkle paprika for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut the hard-boiled eggs in half. Carefully scoop out the yolks into a bowl, and place the egg white halves on a plate.
  • To the yolks, add the mayo, apple cider vinegar, sweet relish, onion powder, salt, and pepper.  Mash well with a fork until all ingredients are combined.
  • Fill each of the egg white halves with a small dollop of yolk filling.  Sprinkle a pinch of paprika on each deviled egg, and enjoy!
