Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter unsalted
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 Egg or egg alternative

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 Celsius).  Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the cacao powder, peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Whisk until ingredients are well combined.
  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, roll with hands, and place on the baking sheet.  (I used a melon baller for consistent sized cookies). Repeat until dough is done.
  • Once you have placed all the rolled dough balls on to the baking sheet, press down with a fork to form a pattern.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, and remove from oven.
