Vegan and Dairy Free Bircher Muesli! A creamy and delicious Swiss breakfast of rolled oats, nuts, and fresh fruit. Easy to make ahead, meal prep, or batch cook ahead of time for a morning meal on the go.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt dairy free
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon almonds chopped
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix to combine.
  • Serve and store into individual serving containers (I like mason jars, but you can use any airtight container.)
  • Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours, and enjoy the next morning for a healthy breakfast on the go!
