Vegan and Dairy Free Bircher Muesli! A creamy and delicious Swiss breakfast of rolled oats, nuts, and fresh fruit. Easy to make ahead, meal prep, or batch cook ahead of time for a morning meal on the go.

2 cups old fashioned oats 1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt dairy free 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk 1 apple diced 1 banana sliced 1/4 cup dried cherries 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon orange juice 1 tablespoon almonds chopped 1 tablespoon walnuts chopped
Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark
Place all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix to combine.
Serve and store into individual serving containers (I like mason jars, but you can use any airtight container.)
Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours, and enjoy the next morning for a healthy breakfast on the go!
