Cabbage ramen noodles are an easy way to add vegetables to ramen! Fresh cabbage, lime juice, and spices will level up your ramen game. Adding a few simple ingredients to a pack of ramen will make this your favorite veggie ramen noodle hack ever.
Start cooking ramen noodles according to package instructions, but only use half of the flavor packet (discard other half). When you add the noodles into the boiling water, also add the shredded cabbage. The noodles and cabbage will take roughly 5 minutes to cook.
Remove pot from heat, and add the sriracha, chili sauce, and lime juice.
Add green onion, and toss with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
