  • 1 3-ounce package ramen noodles with flavor packet use vegan or gluten free if necessary
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 green onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  • In a medium pot, add 1 teaspoon olive oil, shredded cabbage, and salt. Sauté for 7 to 8  minutes over medium heat until the cabbage begins to wilt and brown. Once cooked, transfer cabbage to another bowl, and set it aside, keeping the pot for cooking the noodles.

  • Remove pot from heat, and add the sriracha chili sauce, and lime juice.
  • Add green onion, and toss with sesame seeds.  Enjoy!
