1 (14 ounce) can No-Salt-Added Chickpeas drained and rinsed 2 tablespoons tahini 1 teaspoon yellow mustard 1 tablespoon prepared relish 1/4 cup chopped celery about 2 stalks 1/4 cup bell pepper 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 2 tablespoons fresh parsley Sea Salt and Black Pepper

In a large bowl, mash chickpeas with a fork. Add tahini, mustard, relish, red pepper, celery, dill, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly until combined.
Taste and add salt/pepper if desired. Serve on a sandwich, lettuce wrap, or as a dip!
