In a Dutch Oven or other heavy lidded pot, add the onions, olive oil, and sea salt. Saute on medium heat, and stir with a wooden spoon for 5 minutes until the onions begin to reduce.
Turn heat to low, and saute for 10 more minutes with the lid off the pot. Add the white wine and cook for 10 minutes more.
Add the vegan Worcestershire sauce and the minced garlic, and stir. Cook for the remaining 5 minutes on medium heat - the onions should be soft, brown, and flavorful!
