This Orange Avocado Salad is a vibrant and fresh summer fruit salad that is loaded with flavor and sweet citrus fruit. The dressing has a secret ingredient to make this breakfast salad recipe absolutely pop. This is one fantastic way to eat avocado for breakfast that's not avocado toast!  Vegan, Whole30 approved, paleo, and gluten free... perfect for anyone!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 clementines peeled and segmented
  • 1 large avocado diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil julienned
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Pinch Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together the clementines, avocado, basil, and lime juice so all ingredients are well combined. Add a pinch of salt of desired.  Top with extra fresh basil before serving and enjoy!
