This tofu mayo recipe is vegan, gluten free, and ready in 5 minutes! Blend silken tofu with a few spices for this creamy spread.  I love adding this vegan mayonnaise to sandwiches, creamy salads, or dressings. A light and healthy version of mayo that is egg free, dairy free, and SO flavorful!

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, and mix on low speed until the tofu becomes creamy and thick. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt if needed.
