Peanut Butter Ramen Noodles

Peanut butter ramen noodles are an easy way to jazz up your ramen! Peanuts, lime juice, and spices will level up your ramen game. Adding a few simple ingredients to a packet of ramen will make this your favorte ramen noodle hack ever. Vegan and gluten free options too!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3- ounce package of ramen noodles with flavor packet use vegan or gluten free if necessary
  • 1.5 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 green onions sliced
  • Handful spinach or other leafy greens
  • Crushed peanuts for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, but only use half of the flavor packet (discard other half).
  • Once ramen has finished cooking, take 1/3 cup of the broth and pour it on a separate bowl. Add the peanut butter and stir until peanut butter has melted in the hot broth. Add the sriracha, chili sauce, and lime juice.
  • Remove noodles from the cooking liquid and toss them in the peanut butter sriracha mixture until well coated. Add the spinach and green onion, and toss with crushed peanuts.  Enjoy!
