Smoked Potato Salad

Kelly Jensen
This smoked potato salad recipe (with or without mayo) is a home run summer side dish, made in the electric smoker. This easy recipe is made with potatoes, bell pepper, and chopped celery, in a tangy dressing. This easy potato salad in the smoker is a great recipe to make if you have extra space available. The potato salad picks up a fantastic smoky flavor!
