There is nothing difficult about making waffles. Make your batter and pour away!

Use fresh ingredients - especially apples

Fresh apples, or fresh apple pie mix is the key to deliciously tart and naturally sweet waffles

Heat your Waffle Maker

I use a Belgian waffle maker which leverages deep pockets to load on the toppings. These fluffy waffles are great for any toppings you like.

Make the Batter

Add your flour, baking powder, almond milk, coconut oil, and spices to a large batter bowl. Stir well with a wooden spoon

Fold in Apple Pie Mix

I used a homemade low sugar apple pie filling, which gave these waffles the perfect sweetness (but not TOO sweet!)

Waffle Away

Pour the desired amount of batter into your waffle maker (will vary based on model) and wait for them to be finished!

Load on the Toppings

For Apple Pie Waffles, you can top with fresh sautéed applies, whipped cream, butter, powdered sugar, or cinnamon.
