This Vegetable Naan Pizza is a favorite weekend lunch on our homestead! Since I recently discovered how easy it was to make garlic naan bread at home (using sourdough discard naan) I’ve been making it every few days. The result is that we always have leftover naan which is perfect for homemade pizzas.
This Vegetable Naan Pizza Recipe Is:
- Hearty
- Bright
- Fresh
- Earthy
- Falvorful
- Versatile
- Vegetarian, and can easily be made vegan by using a plant-based cheese.
The best part about this recipe is that you can make it anyway you like! For a Hawaiian Pizza, just add Canadian bacon and pineapple. Instead of my easy no-cook homemade pizza sauce, you can use a pesto recipe or alfredo white sauce. And skip the cheese altogether, or load on extra… totally customizable and up to you.

Perfect Naan Pizza in the Air Fryer
Instead of baking, you can toss this naan pizza in the air fryer for 8 minutes. We have a Cosori Air Fryer (it has legit over 30k positive reviews on Amazon 🙂 ) and we are in LOVE with this thing! Since we don’t use a microwave, this air fryer is perfect for heating up things quickly. It’s been really fun to make all kinds of recipes in the Air Fryer: crispy vegetables, tofu, muffins, and it’s great for reheating leftovers. I was an air fryer skeptic for a long time, but highly recommend this air fryer for anyone who loves to cook! I got this one for Christmas, so would also recommend this as a great gift for friends or family.
