Vegan Baked Apple Oatmeal for a Healthier Recipe

This vegan baked apple oatmeal recipe is a simple way to get extra fruits in your diet. I’m all about making recipes plant-based when I can. Vegan cooking does NOT have to be bland, boring, or flavorless… It’s quite the opposite when done right. By building meals around vegan pantry staples and swapping in a few plant-based ingredients you can make healthier meals for you and your family. How Do I Make This Apple Pie Oatmeal in the Oven?

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, grease a 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, add all ingredients together and stir well to combine.
  3. Pour oatmeal into the baking dish and too with sliced apples.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, and enjoy!

Make This Baked Oatmeal Ahead of Time

If Making the Night Before: Do Steps 2 & 3, then cover the baking dish with foil and refrigerate overnight.  In the morning, heat the oven to 375 degrees and bake for 45 minutes!
