Turkey apple salad sandwiches are one of my go-to recipes for leftover turkey breast!  We celebrate Thanksgiving twice each year (once for Canadian Thanksgiving, and once for American!) so we always end up having lots of leftover turkey around the holidays.  This delicious turkey apple salad recipe is creamy from the Greek yogurt, sweet from fresh apples, and crunchy from the celery.

If you’re looking for a healthy way to use leftover turkey meat, this is the recipe for you. This recipe uses high protein Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. The turkey salad is still delicious and creamy, but without all the fat from traditional mayo.  This lean turkey salad is loaded onto your favorite sandwich bread, and topped with handfuls of fresh greens!
