This peach fruit salad with mint is like eating a big bowl of summer! I love making a big bowls of fruit salad on the weekends or during the week because its a great snack anytime. It’s perfect to put in a jar and take on-the-go for a quick breakfast.  Its super easy to make for a big crowd, or meal prep!

This juicy and ripe fruit salad has such has vibrant and delectable flavor combination.  The peach and mint make a refreshing combination. And the lemon juice really pulls this all together and gives the fruit salad a nice flavor.

A No-Cook Peach Mint Salad Recipe That’s Perfect for Summer

This no-cook peach and mint fruit salad is a quick and simple recipe.  I love a good no-cook recipe for those days when I’m not feeling like standing around the stove, or for summer nights when it’s too hot to cook. I have a whole collection of recipes that require zero cooking at all, check them out here!  This fruit salad comes together in about 10 minutes, and doesn’t require the stove or microwave to make. Just use a few pantry staple ingredients and you have a healthy meal ready in no time.  And very little to clean up afterwards… an added bonus!

How Do I Make This Fruit Salad?

  1. Wash the fruit, dice into small 1-inch pieces. For the cantaloupe, use a melon baller.
  2. Combine all the fruit into a bowl and cover with the orange and lemon juice.  Stir well to combine and keep in an air tight container for 2 days.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Peaches diced
  • 2 Mangoes diced
  • 1 lb strawberries cut small
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1/2 Cantaloupe cubed or scooped melon baller
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup fresh chopped mint

Instructions
