This overnight oats with peaches recipe is a healthy & filling make-ahead breakfast that can be made with fresh or frozen peaches. Make the night before and enjoy for a quick on-the-go morning meal!

This recipe can be made with fresh ripe peaches during the summer, or frozen fruit during the winter when peaches aren’t in season. This makes a fantastic breakfast to take to work, school, or just to enjoy on the go.

I’m pretty new to the magic of overnight oats and I can’t get enough!  I’ve been trying out different flavor and spice combinations, and this peach version turned out incredible.

This is the best recipe to meal prep and make ahead for the week. Overnight oats are an easy way for me to make a batch cook a week of breakfasts that our family will love.

I love how inexpensive peach overnight oats are to make! This recipe uses a lot of ingredients you would have in your dry pantry or cupboards – most of which you probably have on hand like oats, coconut oil, and spices! Keeping a well-stocked pantry makes it easy to come up with delicious and healthy meals using a few staples you can rotate.

How Do I Make Overnight Oatmeal with Fresh or Frozen Peaches?

  1. Chop the peaches into small bite-sized pieces… about 1/2 inch.
  2. In a large bowl, add the oats, the coconut oil, chopped peaches, cinnamon, brown sugar, walnuts, almond milk, and yogurt.  Stir well to combine.
  3. To assemble the oats: take 4 pint sized Mason jars.  Fill with the oat mixture.  Repeat for each jar.
  4. Seal jars, and refrigerate.  Oats will last up to 4 days in the fridge.
