We use our garden cucumbers to make dill pickles and garlic pickles, which are fantastic tucked into a crispy and toasty grilled cheese. I loaded this grilled cheese up with homemade pickles (but you can use any kind you like!) for a cheesy, briny sandwich that’s ready in about 10 minutes.
