We love easy no cook overnight oats in the summers- and this chocolate berry overnight oats recipe is creamy, hearty, and satisfying. It’s definitely berry season here in New England – I’ve been picking a handful of fresh berries each time I walk down the driveway to get the mail. We’ve been getting a ton of rain lately, so I have a feeling this will be one productive blueberry season for us!  This chocolate blueberry overnight oats recipe is a great way to use up ripe fruit and mix in you favorite berries into breakfast.

No Cook Breakfast Recipes With Frozen Fruit

I you can use either fresh or frozen berries for this recipe, both turn out great! Frozen produce is a great option for finding fresh and flavorful fruits in the off season. By using freezer ingredients, I can stock up when they are on sale, and use them in all kinds of great dishes. It saves me a trip to the store, and I can add amazing fruits right into the recipe. Frozen fruits are often picked at peak ripeness, so they are a much better option than canned.  Check out all my recipes that use Freezer Ingredients on The Herbeevore – great for those nights when you want dinner ready fast!
