These cabbage ramen noodles are what I call an Easy Weeknight Meal – which is on your table in under 30 minutes.  These quick and simple recipes are perfect for those nights when you want a healthy homecooked meal but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. How Do I Make This Cabbage Ramen Recipe?

  1. Start cooking ramen noodles according to package instructions, but only use half of the flavor packet (discard other half). When you add the noodles into the boiling water, also add the shredded cabbage. The noodles and cabbage will take roughly 5 minutes to cook.
  2. Remove pot from heat, and add the sriracha, chili sauce, and lime juice.
  3. Add green onion, and toss with sesame seeds.  Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3-ounce package ramen noodles with flavor packet use vegan or gluten free if necessary
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 green onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
