This Pumpkin Pie Granola recipe is vegan, gluten free, and will add a fantastic and healthy crunch to your morning routine! Great on yogurt, smoothie bowls, oatmeal, or eaten with fruit and milk.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except for chocolate chips together. Using a wooden spoon, transfer the granola mixture to the baking sheet and press down to flatten into a single layer on the sheet pan.
Bake granola for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.
Remove pan from oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the granola. The heat from the granola will allow the chocolate to melt slightly. Cool granola completely, and transfer to an airtight container. Enjoy!
