Crispy Sweet Potato Fries

These Crispy Sweet Potato Fries in the oven are perfectly crispy, cooked on a sheet pan, and only have 4 simple ingredients. Quick and from scratch, easy to cook at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 sweet potatoes cut into long strips
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning we like Montreal Steak Spice best
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the cut sweet potatoes, corn starch, seasoning, and half of the oil.  Toss all the ingredients well, making sure the potatoes are coated evenly in the corn starch.
  • Line the sweet potatoes in an even row on the sheet pan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, flipping half way.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with a dash of salt or fresh chopped parsley, and enjoy!
