My classic gin gimlet cocktail is perfect for entertaining, parties, or summer BBQs. Easy to make a big batch for a party, or just one for a Friday night.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1.5 ounces Rose's Lime Syrup or make your own lime syrup, recipe below!
  • Seltzer to top
  • Fresh squeezed like to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a glass to the top with ice
  • Add the gin, lime syrup, and seltzer.  Stir well to combine.
  • Top with fresh-squeezed lime juice or a lime wedge to garnish.  Serve and enjoy!
