1 tortilla can be gluten free 1.5 tablespoons peanut butter 1 banana 1 teaspoon peanuts crushed 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds Sprinkle cinnamon

Place the tortilla on a plate. Spread the peanut butter on the tortilla to cover in an even layer.
Peel the banana and place towards the top of the tortilla. Sprinkle the cinnamon, peanuts, and sesame seeds over the banana.
Roll up the tortilla so the banana is in the middle. Cut in half for a wrap, or slice into bit sized pieces for smaller bites.
