This apple berry crumble oatmeal is a delicious way to start the day, and filling enough to keep you full until lunch! Made with oats, fresh fruit, and a delicious crumble topping.
1/2almond flour or gluten free flouror regular flour if you aren't gluten free
3/4cupbrown sugardivided

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and grease a 13x9 baking dish.
Mix the oatmeal: in a large bowl, combine 1 of the chopped apples, 3 cups of rolled oats, cinnamon, the almond milk, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and the vanilla extract. Stir well and add to the greased baking dish.
Make the filling: in a saucepan, heat a small pad of the butter until melted, and sautee 2 of the apples with the blueberries and pour on top of the oatmeal in the baking dish.
Add the crumble: in a small bowl, combine the remaining 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/4 flour, 1/2 sticks butter, pinch of salt, and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Mix well and top the apple blue berry mixture with the crumble.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes until the crumble topping is golden brown. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup or raw honey.
