Rich & Creamy Coconut Rice (Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

This creamy coconut rice is a great side dish with tofu and vegetables. Jazz up boring rice with creamy coconut milk, aminos, and coconut flakes.

Prevent your screen from going dark
Repeatedly rinse rice until the water starts to runs clear.
Add all ingredients into the rice cooker, and set to High or ‘White Rice’ mode, whichever setting your rice cooker has.
Once cooked, top rice with coconut flakes, if using.
Serve with a protein or veggies! There won’t be leftovers ;) but if there are, store in an airtight container in the fridge.
