Spiced Cranberry Sauce with Orange and Ginger (Vegan, Gluten Free, Slow Cooker)

This warm spiced cranberry sauce recipe is perfect for Thanksgiving or any time of year.  Oranges and ginger give this sauce a bright and bold flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 16 ounce packages fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup 8 ounces orange juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons ginger root minced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Zest
  • Pinch Cinnamon
  • Pinch Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker, cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low for 7-8 hours
