This creamy and irresistible dairy free vegan artichoke dip is SO GOOD, its impossible to stop eating it! This make-ahead crowd pleaser recipe features artichokes blended with parmesan cheese, lemon, garlic, and mayo!

2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts drained 2/3 cup cashews 2 cloves garlic 2/3 cup vegan mayo 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 lemon juiced 1 cup nutritional yeast 2/3 cup hot water Pinch Sea Salt and Black Pepper Optional Dairy Free Cheese to garnish

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix until the dip becomes smooth and creamy.
Add the dip to a baking dish, top with dairy free cheese (optional!), and bake in the oven for 15 minutes to warm.
Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, or crostini!
