These vegan blueberry overnight oats are a bright and healthy breakfast! Made with dairy-free yogurt and almond milk, fresh fruit, and healthy whole grains- easy to make ahead, meal prep, or batch cook ahead of time.

2 cups old fashioned oats 1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt dairy free 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk 1 apple diced 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen 1/4 cup dried cherries 1 teaspoon agave nectar 1 tablespoon orange juice 1 tablespoon almonds chopped 1 tablespoon walnuts chopped

Place all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix to combine.
Serve and store into individual serving containers (I like mason jars, but you can use any airtight container.)
Store overnight and eat the next morning for a healthy breakfast on the go!
