I love this tzatziki with sour cream sauce for days when I want to eat lighter but still bring the flavor. This tzatziki is a super versatile sauce or spread for any dish.
 
I made a big batch of this tzatziki to enjoy with some cucumber lettuce wraps, and it was a huge hit!  The fresh dill and garlic add a bold and herby flavor, making this the perfect creamy condiment for your next meal.

  • Sour Cream – the base of this recipe, this sour cream gives it a silky and creamy texture.
  • Cucumber
  • Garlic
  • Red Wine Vinegar: I used red wine vinegar for the marinade to give this dish a really nice bright Mediterranean flavor – for that, this red wine vinegar is my go-to!
  • Fresh Dill
  • Sea salt and black pepper

How Do I Make Cucumber Sour Cream Dip?

  1. In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, cucumber, garlic, red wine vinegar, and dill.  Mix together until well combined and the cucumbers are coated in yogurt sauce.
  2. Taste and add a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
  3. Spread on shawarma, lettuce wraps, or a salad, and enjoy!
