How Do I Make Caramel Apple Overnight Oats?
- Prepare Baked Caramel Apples according to recipe!
- Chop 1 fresh apple into bite-sized pieces, and add to a large bowl.
- To the apple, add: the oats, flaxseed meal, almonds, walnuts, almond milk, and yogurt. Stir well to combine.
- To assemble the oats: take 4 pint sized Mason jars. Fill the bottom third with the oat mixture. Fill the middle third with the Baked Caramel Apples. And fill the top third with the oats again. Repeat for each jar!
- Seal jars, and refrigerate. Oats will last up to 4 days in the fridge.
For serving, I would definitely recommend pint-sized mason jars! Aside from being adorable, they are leak proof and perfect for taking to work or school.
Dietary Modifications:
- Make sure the oats are Gluten free!
- If you are not vegan or dairy-free, feel free to use a regular dairy vanilla yogurt! I would recommend a Greek yogurt for extra morning protein.
